Thank you for shopping with MIMOH by Dr. Ellie. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently, whether you're purchasing for yourself or sending a gift to a loved one. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: Pre-order items, such as our V-Sculptor, will ship according to the timeline specified on the product page.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer standard shipping across the U.S.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, customs clearance, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at bydrellie@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. MIMOH is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to request a refund. See our Return Policy for more details.
